GH-SW1024 InGaAs linescan sensors are one-dimensional image sensors that have a hybrid structure consisting of a CMOS readout circuit (ROIC: readout integrated circuit) for short wavelength infrared (SWIR, 900nm-1700nm) regions.


With low dark current, readout noise and high line scan rate, it is well-adapted to a large range of applications, such as spectrometry, machine vision, industrial sorting and medical imaging.
