GH-SW512 SWIR Sensors

The InGaAs 512×1/2 linear sensor provides 2 analog video output channels, and the spectral range is 0.9um~1.7um, with a QE up to 70%, and pixel operability over 99.5%, providing high frame rate, high linearity, and response uniformity.

This sensor is available in the metal DIP (1.27mm) package, with a 0.45mm of pin diameter. All parts are guaranteed to operate over the extended industrial temperature range of −40°C to +50°C.
