GH-SW1024 SWIR Sensors

The InGaAs 1024×1 12.5μm Linear Detector provides dual analog video output, built on advanced InGaAs linear image sensor technology, with a spectral response range of 0.9μm~1.7μm. This detector is characterized by a high frame rate, high linearity, and uniform response. The peak quantum efficiency (QE) exceeds 70%, and the pixel operability rate is greater than 99.5%.

The detector is encapsulated in a 42-pin metal package, featuring a pin diameter of 0.45mm and a pitch of 1.27mm. It operates within a temperature range of -40℃ to +50℃.
