We are honored to announce that our participation in CIOE 2023 has been a great success, and the expo came to an end on 8th of September 2023. CIOE is an important event in the global optoelectronics industry, attracting professionals and companies from all over the world.
At this expo, we showcased a series of short wave infrared sensors and cameras, as well as solution demonstration independently developed by ourselves. At present, our short wave infrared sensor manufacturing can provide a variety of focal plane detectors, such as 320x256 / 640x512 / 1280x1024 / 128x1 / 1024x1/ 2048x1. We also have a professional technical team that can provide custom sensors and technology foundry services, device processing, sensor packaging, and device testing.
We demonstrated a case of detecting silicon wafers through shortwave infrared camera, which attracted many visitors who expressed strong interest in our products and solutions. Our team had in-depth communication and interaction with visitors and provided personalized solutions.
Aerospace applications
Based on the high responsiveness of shortwave infrared devices to the 1.3μm and 1.5μm spectrum bands of laser communication, shortwave infrared products can be used as photoelectric payloads in satellites, drones, and aircraft to achieve intersatellite communications, remote sensing detection, atmospheric composition analysis, geological exploration, etc.
Industrial applications
Based on the characteristics of shortwave infrared penetrating silicon materials, shortwave infrared products can be used in silicon wafer defect detection, photovoltaic cell detection, infrared microscopy imaging, laser spot detection, and other directions to achieve quality control of photovoltaic cell production and laser illuminator production.
Spectroscopy applications
Based on the spectral characteristics of different materials in the short-wave infrared band, short-wave infrared products can be used in spectral sorting, plant moisture status monitoring, and mineral type identification to achieve refined sorting of agricultural and food crops, classification and recycling of plastic solid waste, and precise crop irrigation, mineral distribution exploration, etc.
Military application
Based on the high response sensitivity of shortwave infrared devices in this spectrum band, shortwave infrared products can be used in photoelectric countermeasures, targeting systems, multi-band integrated photoelectric loads, etc., achieving the goals of laser early warning, day and night observation, and precision strikes.
