InGaAs Linear Image Sensor Options

GHOPTO provides InGaAs image sensors options covering SWIR (short wave infrared) image sensors, NIR (near infrared) image sensors and IR (infrared), among which swir imager sensors and are our star products. These InGaAs linear image sensor all have a built-in CMOS readout circuit (ROIC: readout integrated circuit), allowing easy operation.


Customizations for SWIR image sensors are available for specific applications and requirements. The swir image sensors can be made according to your special needs. Apart from swir image sensors, a variety of swir detector sensor is also provided.
